Examples of elements of Board coaching may include: Diagnostic stage before coaching commences, facilitation of development sessions and strategic reviews, team effectiveness coaching focused on Board dynamics, trust, and role clarity, confidential 1:2:1 coaching for individual Board members and/or senior executives, coaching to support transitions, onboarding, or significant change at Board level, guidance for navigating sensitive issues or managing challenging meetings, end of coaching review/report and resources to support Board members.
